Ghulam Sadiq, Founder and Director General of OCHR

it’s a matter of great pleasure to recognize the efforts made by OCHR and share the collective endeavors of the OCHR team’s every individual, donors, different government bodies and communities aiming at to realize the people of Afghanistan with sustainable development, integrity and reshape its dignified status amongst the international community.

OCHR is a quarry of information not only for present actors in OCHR and the CSOs and for those working in conflict and intense political situation, helping next generation of the country to live in a prosperous Afghanistan free of all miseries, thus, rich of information and lesson learnt history of OCHR with its all ups-and-downs during last few years could be a fortune for humanitarian communities encompassing a larger picture of complex political situation.

OCHR is part of the greater mission working for stability and dignity of the people of Afghanistan. Where, OCHR has prominent achievements all along with promising future interventions as well, it also admire and encourage the sacrifices and generous efforts of international communities helping Afghanistan’s development and stability.

Faisal Raofi, Finance Manager

Faisal Raofi holds a Master of Business administration degree, specializing in both finance and accounting, from Bakhtar University Kabul.

He joined the finance team at OCHR in 2020. He works with the director general and senior management to develop the annual operating budget for review and approval by the board of directors. He also prepares monthly financial reports and analysis, and contributes to the maintenance of an accurate, up-to-date general ledger.

Jamal Bawar, Member of Board of Directors

Bawar was elected to OCHR’s Board in 2015. He holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering and Environmental System from Ritsumeikan University, Kyoto, Japan.

He held a variety of leadership positions and is a former chief engineer of GPI/US-Embassy, WASH manager at DACAAR and lead a team of National Chemicals Unit at United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). Bawar has over 10 years of experience with large global organizations in a variety of INGOs and NNGOs. His board work followed nearly 5 years in non-profit spectra with OCHR.

Ahmad Taha Nesar, MEAL Officer

Ahmad Taha works as MEAL Officer for OCHR. He holds a B.A degree – Bachelor of Arts Languages and Literature.

He held the positions of Project Manager, Program Assistant and Program Manager with national NGOs and has joined OCHR and the team in Nov, 2021.

He works with the program departments to develop project proposals, work plans, reporting, program planning, Strategic issues and policy development. Thus, he is leading the MEAL department (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning). He is responsible for regular monitoring and evaluation of ongoing projects and developing M&E frameworks, tools, site visit reports and data collection.

Jamila Ahmadi, WASH Cluster Co- lead (Gender and Protection Focal Point)

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree In Mining and Environmental Engineering from Balkh University. Jamila Joined to OCHR Team Since 2020 till now as WASH Cluster Co- lead (Gender and Protection Focal Point) S. She is responsible for Active representation of the WASH Cluster in the GBV Sub Cluster and AAP Working Group and other” Gender & Protection” related Inter Cluster Coordination Team (ICCT) bodies.

Lead of WASH Cluster “Gender and Protection” Technical Working Group (TWG) or Taskforces;

She Previously worked at Elective Headquarters (Mazar -e- Sharif) as Head of Cultural Department, AKES Badakhshan as ECD Teacher.

Husna Obaidee, Human Resource Officer

Husna Obaidee is a young Afghan professional; She is dedicated, initiative, and creative in the domain of HR management and administration, supply chain management, resources mobilization, technical data maintenance, data analysis and reporting are evident through her more than 4 years of work experience with the Different NGOs, Mrs. Obaidee is a professional holding a Bachelor Degree of Computer Science from Bakhter University. Mrs. Obaidee has proven track record of development, implementing and managing teams dedicated to create and implement projects truly successful that stands out from the crowd.

Experience:

HR officer with OCHR, IT and Database assistant, worked with HR team as well to the Good Neighbors international Afghanistan (GNI-A)

Education:

Bachelor in Computer since specializing Software Development at Bakhter University,

Studied Web designing with GCC (Girls can code) womanity foundation.
