His humanitarian experience spans various critical infrastructure projects, each aimed at enhancing the quality of life for communities.
Currently, Haqmal serves as the executive director of the Organization for Coordination of Humanitarian Relief (OCHR). Milad Hakimi Currently serve as Finance Manager at OCHR, in this roles he is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, verifying transactions, and participating in supplier selection committees. His diligent work includes conducting monthly financial analyses, performing cash reconciliations, and establishing controls to prevent financial mismanagement. Mrs. Sadaf Sarwary is holding a bachelor degree in Law and Political Science with an exceeding potential of litigation for women’s rights advocacy and elimination of gender discrimination towards women.
Her 10 years of professional life involves engagement in administrative counter corruption activities, women access to education, women welfare and access to justice. She has been offering her services to national and subnational organization as a licensed defendant lawyer—including women’s rights advocate with national non-governmental organizations (NNGOs) and Administrative Office of the President (AoP). She has been rewarded with ‘Best Female Advocate 2016’ award by the Afghanistan Independent Bar Association (AIBA).
Mrs. Sarwary is extending her services as GBV, Safeguarding and Protection Specialist to OCHR—Human Rights is fundamental to her work mitigating the gender-based violence and protect the rights of women, children and marginalized groups, Whereas, she has strictly adapted itself to the United Nations’ Security Council resolution (S/RES/1325) on women, peace and security.
Mr. Abdul Manan Malgari holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Abaseen University in Peshawar, Pakistan. With 16 years of experience in development and five years in the humanitarian sector, he has built a diverse career encompassing roles such as civil engineer, technical facilitator, chief engineer, and procurement manager. His extensive background highlights his ability to adapt and excel in various technical and managerial positions.
Currently, Mr. Abdul Manan Malgari serves as the Procurement Manager at OCHR. In this role, he is responsible for managing ongoing project plans, reviewing weekly project progress, and making decisions to resolve any issues that arise. His duties include preparing Requests for Quotations (RFQs), evaluating bids, approving submittals, verifying payments, and managing contracts. Additionally, he prepares Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and technical specifications for WASH construction projects. Mr. Malgari also liaises with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries, resolve shortages, and address missed or late deliveries. Mr. Sayed Jamshid Shahabzada is a seasoned professional with a diverse background of expertise spanning several years across various organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geo Science Engineering from Kabul University.
Mr. Sayed Jamshid expertise ranges from administrative and logistics management within the Organization For Coordination of Humanitarian Relief to geographic data management and mapping with the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum.
